Open deep groove ball bearings

Open type deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high-speed or even extremely high speed operation, and are very durable without frequent maintenance. This type of bearing has a low coefficient of friction, high limit speed, diverse size range and forms, and is widely used in industries such as precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, and general machinery. It is the most widely used type of bearing in the mechanical industry.

Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are used in a wide variety of applications, they are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high speeds and are robust in operation, and need little maintenance. Deep raceway grooves and the close conformity between the raceway grooves and the balls enable deep groove ball bearings to accommodate axial loads in both directions, in addition to radial loads.

Taper Roller Bearing

The tapered roller bearing contains sections of a cone as a load-carrying element. These rollers fit between the two races that are also sections of a hollow cone. If the races and the axes of rollers were extended, they would all meet at a common point.

Tapered roller bearings are designed to handle higher axial loads besides radial loads. The larger the half-angle of this common cone, the more axial load it can sustain. Thus they work as thrust bearings as well as radial load bearings.

Needle bearings of UQG

This type of bearing has no retaining edge on the inner ring, so the outer ring and inner ring can be installed separately. It cannot limit the axial displacement of the shaft and shell, and can only withstand radial loads. This type of bearing ring usually does not have lubrication holes. If the user has requirements, oil holes can be machined on the outer or inner ring. After high-temperature tempering treatment, the various components of this type of bearing can be used normally at a temperature of 300 ℃.
