CoCaB cylindrical roller bearing
Mainly used for guide rollers in steel continuous casting equipment. Adopting finite element method for strength design and utilizing continuous casting simulation device for development. The durability life is 3-4 times that of ordinary automatic self-aligning tapered roller imported bearings (used at the fixed end of the guide roller).
It can also reduce maintenance costs. Steel continuous casting equipment is difficult to form oil films, heavy loads, low speeds, high temperatures, high humidity, and generates debris during casting, resulting in extremely harsh working environments. In this state, the heavy load can easily cause severe bending and deformation of the guide roller.
