Single row self-aligning roller bearing of High temperature resistance is similar to that of a self-aligning roller bearing, but it only has one row of rollers. This series is particularly suitable for situations with large radial loads and the need to compensate for centering errors. The superiority of its structural strength is very prominent under radial loads with impact. Single row self-aligning roller bearings cannot transmit large axial loads and are generally not separable.

The heat treatment of this type of bearing ring has generally undergone high-temperature tempering, so it is generally allowed to work normally below 150°C. If it is necessary to maintain dimensional stability at higher working temperatures, attention must be paid to whether the selection of the bearing ring and cage is appropriate.

The maximum speed of bearings is for open bearings. When the bearing is in contact seal, the allowable speed is much lower than that of open bearings due to the viscosity of grease, the amount of grease filled, the form of contact lips, and the degree of contact.

For the convenience of supplementary lubrication, there is a lubrication groove and three oil holes (code suffix/W33) in the middle of the outer ring of the bearing. To avoid the arc surface at the maximum diameter of the roller being orthogonal to the oil hole, the oil hole is appropriately misaligned.
